    Z-frames, L-frames, box frames and divider rails in PVC and timber. Cut-to-length or supplied in standard stock lengths.

  • Tilt Rods & Staple Strips

    Matching PVC or timber tilt rods. Staple strips in standard and hidden-tilt configurations.

In many cases, yes. Send us a physical sample or a technical drawing with cross-section dimensions and we'll assess whether an existing die matches or whether new tooling is required. PVC die development is the most common scenario; tooling investment and amortisation structure are discussed transparently during the enquiry stage.
What is the minimum order quantity for components?
MOQ varies by component type and material. We can accommodate mixed loads -- for example, louvres and frames in the same container -- to help you reach a viable shipping quantity without over-ordering any single item. Share your component list and estimated volumes and we'll advise on the most cost-effective shipping format.
Do you supply pre-assembled panel kits or loose components only?
Both. We can supply loose components for full in-house assembly, or pre-strung louvre panels with tension set and hardware inserted -- ready for frame fitting at your end. Pre-assembled kits reduce your assembly labour significantly. The format is agreed during the specification stage.
Can components be supplied with FSC® certification documentation?
Yes, for pine components. We source FSC®-certified pine and can provide chain-of-custody documentation to support your compliance requirements in markets where this is expected. Basswood, paulownia and ash are not currently available with FSC certification; please contact us to confirm current certification scope.
What lead times should I plan for component orders?
Standard component orders are typically 20-30 days from order confirmation to ex-works. For urgent replenishment, air freight is available; lead time reduces significantly but freight cost increases accordingly. We recommend discussing a forward-planning schedule if you have predictable recurring volume -- this allows us to pre-stage material and reduce your effective lead time.
Can I source components and complete shutter sets from the same order?
Yes. Mixed orders -- combining finished shutter sets with loose components or panel kits -- are common among our customers who manufacture some sizes in-house and import others. All items are produced in the same facility and can be packed and shipped together in one container.
