About Goodwood Shutters Manufacturing
Goodwood Shutters was founded in 1995 as an OEM supplier of interior timber products for Australian wholesale brands. Since then, we have expanded our market to serve clients worldwide, becoming one of the industry leaders in the Asia-Pacific region. Our head office is located in Xiamen, a beautiful port city on the Southeast coast of China.

Shutter materials: We have a variety of materials for you to choose from, such as Poly/Vinyl shutters, Wood(Basswood, Pinewood, Poplar, and White Ashwood) shutters. Each material has its own advantages and disadvantages, depending on your budget, climate, and style.
Shutter styles: We have different styles of shutters to fit different types of windows, such as bay window shutters, bi-fold shutters, sliding shutters, hinged shutters, tier-on-tier shutters. You can also customize the shape of your shutters, such as arch, circle, octagon, etc.
Shutter finishes and colors: We have a range of finishes and colors for you to choose from, depending on the material of your shutters. For wooden shutters, we have 13 different paint colors and 27 stain options, we can also custom match your prefer colors. For Poly/Vinyl shutters, we have four paint colors – white, off-white, super white and bright white.
Louver sizes: They come in various sizes, typically ranging from 2.5 inches to 5.5 inches. Your choice of louver size can significantly impact the overall look and functionality of the shutters.
- Small Louvers (2.5-3.5 inches): Small louvers create a more traditional, elegant appearance. They work well with classic interiors and provide a clearer outside view when tilted open. However, they allow less light when fully closed.
- Medium Louvers (3.5-4.5 inches): Medium-sized louvers balance aesthetics and practicality. They are versatile and complement various interior styles while offering a balance of light and privacy control.
- Large Louvers (4.5-5.5 inches): Large louvers impart a more contemporary and open feel to your space. They are ideal for modern interiors and maximize natural light when fully open. However, they offer less outside visibility when closed.
Control rods: We have different types of control rods for you to choose from, depending on the look and functionality you want. We have center tilt rods, offset tilt rods, hidden tilt rods, and motorized tilt rods.

Payment terms: We accept various payment methods, such as credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, etc. We also offer flexible payment plans, such as 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment, or 50% deposit and 50% balance upon receipt of goods.

We Transform Your Vision Into Reality
Using AMI design software, we build each shutter individually according to your exact order specifications; We prime and hand-sand all cut-to-size shutter parts twice before applying any paint to ensure a smooth and even finish; We apply lacquer sanding sealer to provide smoothness and hand-sand again before the final coats of clear lacquer; We use premium dowel construction for shutter manufacturing. All joined ends are securely connected with wooden dowels. Tests Made Throughout The Production
Goodwood Shutters cares about the quality that you care about. We have refined our shutters’ parameters and reduced the defect rate to 1.3%.
- Wood material: We use a moisture tester to ensure the specified measurements. We maintain 8-12 degrees moisture content for the wooden shutters’ durability and longer life;
- Product finishes: Our QC teams perform color-difference tests to ensure the shutter colors match the orders;
- Product sizes tolerance: We set tight tolerances for all parts to regulate the whole manufacturing process;
- Accessory: We ensure that the structural dimensions of our shutter parts are consistent with the contract or sealed samples;
- Packaging: We check every package to see if product specifications or instructions and accessories are included with the product.
