Aluminum Plantation Shutters
Extruded from 6063-T5 aluminium alloy with powder-coat finishing handled on-site. The gear-and-rod tilt mechanism delivers a lightweight, low-maintenance louvre action suited to large-span openings and commercial or project-grade specifications. Arch and shaped configurations are available.

Standard Lead Times.
Arch, circular and triangular shutters are produced on the same CNC centres as our standard rectangular panels -- not treated as special-order items. Because we own the tooling and run the machining in-house, shaped configurations do not carry the extended lead times or cost premiums typically associated with custom fabrication.

Arch, Circular & Triangular Shapes
All three materials -- wood, PVC and aluminium -- can be fabricated into shaped configurations. Radius tolerances and frame joinery methods are confirmed at the specification stage.

Project-Grade Hardware & Fixings
Engineering-grade hinges, tilt rods, magnets and installation brackets can be specified per project. Hardware is matched to panel weight, louvre width and installation method -- not a generic catalogue selection.

Branded Packaging & Private Label
Custom packaging, private-label branding, proprietary louvre profiles and colour collections are available as standard OEM/ODM services -- not upsells. Regional exclusivity is available for qualifying volume commitments.

Plantation shutter production is engineered around a 20-30 day manufacturing cycle from order confirmation to ready-for-shipment -- applicable across wood, PVC and aluminium. Actual scheduling is confirmed at the order stage based on current line loading and configuration complexity.
FCL and LCL mixed-load container programmes, small-batch air freight, repeat replenishment schedules and sample shipments are all supported. Freight method is matched to order volume and urgency at the enquiry stage.
Incoming material inspection, in-process quality checks and full finished-goods inspection are applied at every production stage -- not on a sampling basis. UV anti-yellowing tests and humidity cycling tests are run on every batch.
