Goodwood supplies plantation shutters in wood, PVC and aluminium -- all manufactured in-house at our 50,000 m² Xiamen factory. Standard rectangular panels, architectural shapes (arch, circle, triangle) and full-project engineering runs are handled on the same production floor, with a single point of contact and 20-30 day lead times.

Wood Shutters
FSC® certified pine for eco-conscious markets; basswood for cost-performance balance. We work with ash, basswood, pine and paulownia -- all milled, machined and coated in-house. Natural grain and premium paintability make wood the preferred choice for residential mid-to-high market positioning.

PVC Shutters
200+ proprietary cross-sections extruded on 50+ in-house lines for colour consistency across every batch. Because we control compound formulation and die tooling, wall thickness and colour matching are not dependent on third-party profile suppliers -- critical for large repeat orders.

Aluminium Shutters
6063-T5 alloy -- lightweight, structural, powder-coated on-site for differentiated commercial and coastal project applications. Aluminium's dimensional stability under high-humidity and UV exposure makes it the practical choice for commercial projects, coastal environments and specification-driven builds where PVC or wood are insufficient.

Arch, Circle &
Triangle -- Standard,
Not Special Order.
Shaped plantation shutters -- arched tops, full circles, raked triangles -- are handled on the same CNC centres as our rectangular panels. Because we own the tooling and run the machining in-house, custom shapes don't carry the long lead-time or minimum-order premiums that third-party routing creates for most suppliers.

Annual plantation shutter capacity sits at 280,000 units across all three materials. That output is supported by 20+ CNC machining centres, 3 automated coating lines and 80+ automated assembly stations -- all within a single 50,000 m² facility in Xiamen, Fujian.
The integration of extrusion, machining, coating and assembly under one roof is what allows us to hold a 20-30 day lead time even for shaped panels and OEM orders -- without subcontracting any critical-path step.
