Building a wholesale distribution network in your market requires sustained investment -- in stock, in installer relationships, in marketing. Goodwood's territory exclusivity policy is designed to make that investment defensible.
For distributors who meet agreed volume thresholds, Goodwood commits to a single-partner arrangement within the defined region for each product category. We do not on-board a second wholesale buyer into the same geography and undercut the distributor already established there.
Specify the geographic region -- state, country or metro area -- you intend to serve. We map against existing partner agreements before proceeding.
Exclusivity is tied to annual volume commitments confirmed in writing. Thresholds are set based on the territory size and product mix -- not a fixed global minimum.
Once the arrangement is in place, Goodwood declines enquiries from other buyers targeting the same region and category. Your territory is protected for the duration of the agreement.
