You Build Shutters.
We Supply the Parts
You Can't Make Yourself.
If you assemble your own shutters, install direct or run a regional manufacturing operation -- but you don't extrude your own PVC, machine your own wood or fabricate your own hardware -- Goodwood can supply exactly the components you need. No requirement to buy finished product. No minimum on full-panel orders. Just the parts, at factory-direct pricing.

Built for Factories
That Already Know What They Need.
Most shutter suppliers only talk to buyers who want finished, boxed product. We also work directly with manufacturers, assemblers and installers who need specific parts of the supply chain filled -- not the whole thing.
You Assemble, But Don't Extrude
Your factory cuts, assembles and finishes plantation shutters, but you source PVC profiles or wood components externally. Your current supplier has inconsistent tolerances, limited profile range, or unreliable lead times.
- Profile tolerances vary batch to batch
- Limited cross-section options from current supplier
- Delays on custom or non-standard profiles
You Install Direct, But Lack Wood Capacity
You run an installation business or regional shutter brand and handle all site-fit work in-house. You want to offer wood shutters alongside PVC, but machining timber louvres and rails to spec is outside your current production capability.
- No CNC wood machining in-house
- Can't economically offer shaped (arch/circle) frames
- Finishing quality inconsistent across timber batches
You Manufacture But Have a Capacity Gap
You're a shutter manufacturer with established production lines, but a surge in orders, equipment downtime or a new product category has created a gap you can't fill with your own capacity. You need a reliable overflow or supplementary supplier -- not a replacement.
- Seasonal demand spikes exceed production capacity
- New product line requires tooling you don't have
- Hardware or tilt-rod systems sourced from multiple vendors
We supply components, semi-finished parts and finished product -- your choice.
There is no requirement to purchase complete finished shutters to work with Goodwood. If you need only PVC louvres, only machined wood rails, only hardware kits, or a mix of components and finished panels -- we can structure the supply accordingly. Tell us what you need; we'll confirm what's feasible and at what volume threshold.
Four Component
Categories Available.
Each category can be ordered independently. Mix and match across categories within the same shipment to consolidate freight.

PVC Extruded Profiles
Louvres, top rails, bottom rails, stiles, mid-rails and tilt rods -- all extruded in-house on 50+ dedicated lines. 200+ proprietary cross-sections available. Custom profiles can be developed with a tooling investment; standard profiles ship from stock.

Wood Louvres, Rails & Frames
Basswood, paulownia, ash and FSC®-certified pine machined on 20+ CNC centres. Supplied primed, sanded-ready or fully coated to your specified colour. Shaped components (arch, circle, triangle) are machined to order -- no premium tooling charge for standard arch profiles.

Semi-Finished Panel Assemblies
Louvres pre-threaded onto tilt rods, panels assembled into frames but uncoated, or primed panels ready for your own topcoat application. Useful if you have finishing capability but not assembly capacity, or if you want to apply your own branded colour range to pre-built panels.

Hardware & Tilt Systems
Tilt rods, staple connectors, hinges, magnets, L-brackets, Z-clips, tension systems and panel joining hardware. Supplied as individual components or as pre-kitted sets per panel. Compatible with both our own profiles and most third-party shutter frame systems.
Vertical Manufacturing
Means Flexible Supply.
Because we own every step of production -- from raw PVC compound and rough-sawn timber through to finished, packaged product -- we can release components at any stage of the process. We are not a trading company reselling others' profiles. The production lines, tooling and finishing equipment are ours.

Common Questions from Manufacturer Buyers
Is there a minimum order for component supply?
We work with buyers to establish a practical MOQ based on the specific component, profile type and shipping method. FCL mixed loads are the most cost-effective. Small-batch air freight is available for urgent replenishment. Share your approximate volumes at enquiry and we'll confirm what's viable.
Can I order components and finished product in the same shipment?
Yes. Because all categories are produced on one site, we can consolidate PVC profiles, machined wood components, hardware kits and finished panels into a single FCL container. This simplifies freight and customs documentation for your import team.
Can you match our existing profile dimensions?
In many cases, yes -- we have 200+ cross-sections on hand. If your current profile is non-standard, we can assess whether an existing die is close enough or whether new tooling is warranted. Please send a technical drawing or sample profile for evaluation.
Do you supply to competitors of your existing customers?
We offer regional exclusivity to qualifying wholesale and brand partners for finished product. Component supply arrangements are assessed case by case. If you have concerns about market overlap, raise this at the enquiry stage -- we'll be direct about what arrangements are in place in your territory.
