& Developers
Plantation shutters, venetian blinds and window shades -- supplied from a single vertically integrated factory in Xiamen. Designed for villa estates, townhouse developments, apartment blocks and commercial builds where schedule certainty and single-source logistics matter more than choosing between suppliers.

Project Procurement
If you are sourcing window coverings for an entire development -- not a single property -- the procurement dynamics are fundamentally different from retail or small-batch wholesale. This page addresses those specifics directly.
High Unit Volumes per Order
Project buyers typically require hundreds to several thousand window covering units in a single procurement run -- across multiple room types and window configurations within the same development.
Schedule-Driven Delivery
Construction handover dates are fixed. Window coverings installation typically falls in the final fit-out phase -- late delivery has direct downstream consequences for settlement and occupancy. You need a supplier who can commit to a production schedule and hold to it.
Single-Source Preference
Managing three separate suppliers -- one for shutters, one for blinds, one for shades -- multiplies communication overhead, shipping coordination and quality variance. Project buyers consistently prefer a supplier who can cover all categories under one purchase order and one shipment.
Quick Self-Check -- Is This Arrangement Right for You?
You are procuring for a project of 20+ units or a multi-lot estate
You need shutters, blinds or shades -- ideally more than one category
Your delivery window is tied to a construction completion or handover date
You ship by FCL container or are open to consolidating into one load
You have a specification sheet or are willing to develop one before ordering
You may need custom sizing, finishes, or specific compliance documentation

Consolidating all window covering categories to a single vertically integrated factory removes a significant layer of coordination cost from your fit-out schedule. Browse all products
FCL Mixed-Load -- Shutters + Blinds + Shades in one 20' or 40' container. Single bill of lading. One customs clearance.
All Three Categories Under One Purchase Order
Plantation shutters (wood, PVC, aluminium), venetian blinds (25mm & 50mm, timber or PVC) and all six window shade families -- roller, zebra, honeycomb, Shangri-La, sheer, insect screen -- manufactured in the same factory and packed into the same container. One supplier relationship, one payment term, one production sign-off.
Project-Specific Production Scheduling
Once order specifications and deposit are confirmed, your order is allocated to a dedicated production slot. We work backwards from your required ship date -- not from a generic rolling queue. If your project has phased handover stages (e.g. building A then building B), we can schedule partial shipments accordingly.
FCL Mixed-Load with Room-Type Labelling
Cartons can be labelled by room type, lot number or floor -- matching your site installation schedule. This reduces on-site sorting overhead, particularly for projects with many unit types or staged practical completion.
Custom Sizing as Standard -- No Premium
Projects rarely have uniform window sizes. Because we own all our CNC machining, extrusion dies and cutting equipment, custom dimensions carry no special-order surcharge. Arch, circular, triangular and raked window configurations for shutters are handled in-house, not subcontracted.
Commercial Builds Have
Additional Requirements
Hotels, serviced apartments, office fitouts and other commercial occupancy categories are often subject to fire-resistance and safety standards that go beyond residential product requirements. These vary significantly by country, local authority and end-use classification.
We understand and take seriously the regulatory landscape across our primary markets -- including standards referenced by ASTM, EN, AS/NZS and equivalent codes. Where your project brief includes specific compliance requirements, we encourage you to raise them at the enquiry stage so we can discuss material selection, available documentation and testing data that may be relevant to your procurement decision.
Our Position on Compliance Documentation
-
FSC® certified pine is available for projects requiring chain-of-custody documentation.
-
We can provide material data sheets, test reports and product samples to assist your compliance team's independent assessment.
-
Our quality system covers IQC, IPQC and FQC checkpoints across every production stage -- not sampling-only inspection.
-
We do not claim certifications beyond what we have formally confirmed internally. If your project brief requires specific third-party certification documentation, please state this at the outset so we can assess feasibility honestly.
For full details on our quality procedures and available documentation, see our Manufacturing & Certifications page. If you have specific questions that are not covered there, contact us directly and we will respond factually.
Areas Where Compliance Considerations Are Common
Fire Resistance / Flame Spread
Particularly relevant for hotel corridors, common areas and high-rise residential above certain height thresholds
Child Safety (Cord-Free)
Cordless and motorised options available for projects with mandatory child-safety requirements (UK, AU regulations)
Moisture & Humidity Zones
Solid wood shutters not recommended for sustained high-humidity environments; PVC or aluminium specified accordingly
Acoustic / Thermal Performance
Honeycomb cellular shades provide measurable insulation; material test data available on request
Where This Supply Model
Is Commonly Applied
The descriptions below represent buyer roles and procurement patterns -- not specific named projects. They illustrate where our project supply model has a natural fit.
Developers building 10-100+ premium lots per project cycle, where plantation shutters are a standard specification item and buyers expect cohesive aesthetics across all units. Custom louvre widths and matching colour across the full development are a common requirement.
Medium-density residential projects where consistency of specification matters for display-suite presentation and buyer handover packs. Typically mix of shutters for main living areas and roller or zebra shades for bedrooms -- all sourced in one order.
High unit-count apartment projects where roller shades or honeycomb blinds are specified across hundreds of units in a standardised colour palette. Motorised options for smart-home integrations are increasingly specified in this segment. High-rise projects may require compliance documentation -- see Section 4 above.
Hotels, serviced apartments, office fitouts and retail environments where specifiers are procuring at scale and typically require material data sheets and test documentation alongside the product. Compliance requirements should be confirmed at enquiry stage -- we will respond honestly about what documentation is available.
What is the minimum order quantity for a project order?
There is no fixed minimum expressed as a unit count for project enquiries. The practical threshold is whether the order fills a meaningful portion of a production run -- which for most project buyers means at least a partial container load. Contact us with your unit estimate and we can advise on whether the volume is appropriate for a dedicated project order versus a standard wholesale order.
Can we order multiple categories with different delivery stages?
Yes. If your project has phased completion -- for example, external shutters needed at lock-up and interior shades needed at practical completion -- we can structure the production schedule to support staged shipments. This should be communicated at the outset so we can allocate production capacity accordingly.
How do you handle replacement or defect orders after site installation?
We maintain production records for all project orders including material batch references and finish specifications. Replacement units for documented defects are matched to the original specification. The process and lead time for replacements should be discussed and agreed at contracting stage, as air-freight and sea-freight options carry different timelines.
Do you offer custom colour matching for development-wide consistency?
Custom colour collections and private-label finishing are available for qualifying volumes. For projects requiring colour consistency across hundreds of units, we recommend confirming the colour specification with a pre-production sample before releasing the full production run. This is especially important for painted wood finishes where batch variation can occur.
