A: Yes. Send us a sample piece and we can matche the color you desire, and send you the sample for approval.

A: Yes, we can offer a shutter sample pack, shutter panels, color swatches and sent to you by express delivery.

A: For PVC shutters, the order can be completed within 7 days after filling one container. For wooden shutters, the order can be completed within 12 days after filling one container, and it will take 30-45 days for sea freight.

A: We do not sell to the public. We sell shutters in containers, and the container loading volume is about 300sqm/700sqm/780sqm per 20GP/40GP/40HQ.

A: Yes, we do. We have local resellers based in Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and South Africa, with which we have been working for many years.

A: We offer a warranty the same as the international standard, one year for components, three years for custom shutters. What’s more, for any claims after the warranty period, we also offer support.

A: Our company has its internal ordering system.

A: Plantation shutters with tilt rods in centered/hidden/offset are our most popular design.

A: We can provide regular frames available in the market or customize them according to your needs.

A: If any of the shutters was arrive damaged, you claim compensation with us. Then, you will need to fill out a form and be specific when describing the damage.
